S.T.R.E.S.S. // Booklet

This project establishing a design of a health promoting garden for people suffering from stress based on the theory of Evidence Based Health Design (EBHD). The paper addresses the theory of EBHD concerning how people can have a positive effect of being in a green environment. These theories are used to elaborate on how to design a therapy garden regarding stress. The project area is located in a rural setting at Allerød north of Copenhagen. The owner of the site is an artist who would like to provide with a place for people to come and relieve some of their stress; while her art being a part of stress reduction process.
